About the Foundation

Sky Harmony Foundation is a California nonprofit public benefit corporation organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The Foundation serves as the charitable arm of Sky Harmony Drone Shows Inc., operating independently in governance and financial accountability.

What We Do

Sky Harmony Foundation carries out its mission through:

Educational workshops in FAA Part 107 drone operations
Community-based drone training programs
Nonprofit drone light show productions for cultural festivals and civic events
Veteran workforce reintegration opportunities
Youth mentorship in aerospace, robotics, and digital choreography
Public-private partnerships supporting economic development

Safety is Our Priority

FAA‑aligned safety procedures
Existing FAA Part 107 airspace authorization
Ongoing coordination with JFTB Los Alamitos Tower
Coordination with Seal Beach Naval Weapons Station
All flying after 5:00 PM, once military operations conclude
No flights during baseball games or city‑permitted events
No flying over homes, streets, playgrounds, or spectators

Governance & Accountability

Sky Harmony Foundation is governed by a Board of Directors in accordance with California nonprofit law, ensuring strong oversight of finances, compliance, and program integrity.

We maintain:

Independent financial accounting
Internal controls for federal grant compliance
Conflict-of-interest policies
Nondiscrimination policies

Federal Compliance

Sky Harmony Foundation is fully committed to regulatory compliance and transparency. We:

Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
Maintain financial transparency and proper accounting procedures
Do not engage in political campaign activity
Follow all SAM.gov registration requirements
Comply with 2 CFR 200 (Uniform Administrative Requirements for Federal Awards) when applicable
